Machneyuda is one of the most interesting authentic Mediterranean restaurants in Jerusalem owned and managed by 3 Jerusalem chefs: Yossi Elad,  Asaf Granit & Uri Navon.

The restaurant is a very unusual collaboration of many styles – a simultaneously complex and simple Jerusalem kitchen – pedantic, exact, straightforward and not unnecessarily sophisticated. During each service, one of the chefs takes the lead in the kitchen, with the others falling behind as cooks on the line.

Various sea food and fish served in Machneyuda and all are from local suppliers, as well as the meat (beef or lambs) that comes from local Israeli farmers.
