Just outside the gates of the Israeli parliament in Jerusalem, there is a magnificent menorah with intricate engravings on its reliefs that are drawn from Jewish tradition
Ron Peled, AllAboutJerusalem.com

The Menorah was designed by Benno Elkan, a Jewish English sculptor who worked on it for 6 years, and donated to the Knesset by the members of the British Parliament during 1956.

The Menorah was built in the shape of the Menorah which appears in Arch of Titus in Rome, it includes engravings of some 30 important events, idioms, characters and terms from the Jewish history.
